Tim is a very nice gentleman and business oriented. He repair our roof and replaced our gutters all around our home, which they did a fantastic job. I would recommend AAA Roofing for any roofing job!!

Tim, did a awesome job on my house roof in Collinsville Illinois . Him and his crew did a phenomenal job work was done very quickly , his also going get get my Gutters and siding done on Monday. I’m very happy with his work . Hi also works fast with insurance claim. Satisfied with the job and his crew. The crew clean all the mess . They left my house super clean, no messes at all. I’m very please.

EDIT 2/2025: with all the rain, my year old roof is leaking around the chimney where he supposedly replaced the flashing. Guess not. Caveat emptor. I had a full roof replacement on a Friday. The following Thursday I had 7-9 roof cap shingles blow off. I called Tim the owner (who was not present during the install). He indicated he would be there in an hour. It was 4hrs later, he came and said he had to go get some adhesive. Two hours later (8:30) at night glued them back. On the next Monday, (my roof is now 10 days old), there were more tiles off. He said he would be there at 6:00pm. He did not show. On Tuesday I called and he said he would be there between 9:00am and 6:00pm as he would have to fit it in between "training". He was a no show, and no response to texts or calls. I

I met Tim a couple months ago when he was going through some rough times. He has since pulled things together and overcome some hard obstacles and the difference is night and day. He was instrumental in getting my roof insurance claim approved through state farm on my home in Belleville Illinois, in fact I doubt I would have obtained the approval without him. Then, after getting into the job he found the majority of my 20 x 20 back deck roof was rotted so he completely tore off the exiting roof, down to the support beams, and totally rebuilt it. I'm amazed at the workmanship and quality of work. The work crew was very professional and did a thorough clean up afterward. Everything went smooth and I couldn't be happier with the finished job. I'll definitely recommend Tim to my friends

While Tim is extremely knowledgeable and helpful dealing with my insurance, he is unreliable and poor communication. I contracted with Tim Donley to replace my roof, gutters and upgrade the roof on my sunroom. Tim did have someone replace my roof in October, but I've been waiting since Halloween for the rest of the job to be completed. Initially Tim gave me excuses why he didn't show up but then when he wasn't ghosting me, would provide a date for the work to be accomplished bat again, no show without a word and doesn't respond to texts or phone calls.
