AAA Septic Tank Cleaning

Used them for years and never asked questions until I had an emergency and they weren't open. I had to call another company to come out, whose prices were lower by the way, and they found the problem that AAA never even looked into and just allowed us to spend 250 a month sometimes twice. Gonzales Septic are open 24/7 with competitive pricing and I have yet had the need to call them back because they fixed the problem and were very informative about the issues

I used AAA for years and they screwed me! Never came to my door First to inform me they were here. After they starting pumping, they let me know they were here. Charged me about $400.00. Then 3 months later another $350. 6 months later another 400.00. Their reasoning was my grass was too wet and had to much rain! WHAT??? I argued but said I did not understand Septic Tanks and how they work. Now it's 2 1/2 years later and I need Service. NOT calling AAA. Called lucky's Septic Service and will see how they do. Their rating is a 5!! AAA is a 2!! Now we know why....

I called at 9:15 and they were here in an hour. Driver was very polite and informative. I will definitely use them again.
