AAA Septic

Seth was with me for about 2.5 hours. He help locate the septic tank at the main house and the distribution box. We then went down to the cabin where he checked out the system there and confirmed it was functioning correctly. He showed me how the system operates including the alarms and floats. Overall I found Seth to be extremely knowledgeable on septic tanks and as our system is not a simple straight forward one, I think AAA Septic are the type of company to oversee the maintenance of this system to ensure we do not have problems in the future. We recently needed a mandatory pump-out of our septic system, as required by Franklin County every five years. During the process, we used Triple A. They were very responsive, kept us informed about when they would arrive and what to expect. Ultimately, we decided to add a second riser to make it easier to locate both entry points into the septic system. The team arrived and faced a somewhat challenging day in completing the installation due to weather and other complications, but they finished everything in one day. When they left, everything was cleaned up and taken care of. We're very satisfied with the results.
