November 14 – Initial Drop-Off I brought my vehicle in for: • An oil change • A diagnostic on a coolant leak • A low-coolant warning light I was later told the radiator needed replacement November 19 – First Pick-Up I paid over $1,000 for: • Oil change • Diagnostic • Coolant flush • Radiator repair On November 21, just two days later, the low-coolant warning light returned. December 1 – Second Drop-Off I returned the vehicle and reported that the issue had not been fixed. I was told a “different” leak was found and that it was unrelated to the radiator or previous work. I was charged another diagnostic, another flush, and additional parts. Before approving this repair, I specifically asked if this would fully resolve the coolant problem. I was assured yes. December 5 – Second Pick
