We needed a new dead bolt on our security door- I called two other companies. One didn’t return two calls and one sent out someone who clearly didn’t know what was needed. He charged me $79 for a service call and said two more days until part comes in. I called First Lady- they promptly asked me for photos of My lock- and said they would be there in an hour- they were early and were amazing! I would recommend them to ANYONE!!

They’re the best when it comes to locksmithing. Lost my keys after a long night out and need a locksmith to make a new copy of my car keys. After searching for hours I was recommended by a fellow firefighter while I was on shift. Called Henry and Linda and they answered A.S.A.P and even agreed to do it while I was at work that day. The first day they came out tired to get the key to connect but couldn’t, but instead of giving up like most do they came back the next day. After a hours of messing with the car they finally found the problem. The key sensor ring was being blocked by a decorative cover the previous owner installed. After removing it the key connected insanely. Henry and Linda both were great and reassured me throughout the whole process. They really make you feel like family. I

Excellent over all experience from the time I placed a service call until completion. Mr. Henry and Mrs. Linda came and replaced my front door locks and changed the keys. They were fast, professional and extremely courteous. He also checked the other locks on my doors and made recommendations for smart locks with keyless entry - that he installed later at a more than reasonable price! I have recommended them to family and friends and coworkers who have also been very pleased with their services!

American Locksmith is highly recommended. I was locked out of my home, they came in 20 mins or less. The service took less than 10 mins. Very professional, pure genuine people. Great prices compared to competitors.

They did a great job replacing the knob and lock on my storm door. They were able to come out the same day and it didn't take long. I would recommend them to anyone.
