Wesley came out to diagnose our HVAC system and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. From the moment he arrived, he was extremely professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system and clearly explained what he was seeing, what the potential issues were, and what options we had moving forward. I really appreciated how patient he was in answering all of my questions and making sure I fully understood the situation instead of just rushing through the appointment. AAction Air Conditioning & Heating Co. did a spectacular job diagnosing the issue with our heat pump. They worked in tandem with our home warranty company to ensure the service was covered, and we were able to get an appointment fairly quickly, which was a huge plus! The technicians were kind, professional, and very thorough. They replaced both the outdoor and attic units in a timely manner and were respectful of my property throughout the entire installation process. A special shout-out to Vinny and his partner (not sure of his name) for taking the time to answer most of my questions. If he didn’t know the answer, he made sure to contact someone who did so I could get the information I needed. Overall, I’m very satisfied with their work and will definitely use them again in the future!

AAction Air has been servicing my HVAC system for almost 10 years. They provide quality service and help me stay on track reminding me about my yearly service. Because of their help, my HVAC system runs perfectly. All of their technicians are knowledgeable and professional, but I always request Tony. So helpful and thoughtful. 😊

Marcus came out and replaced my compassitor (sp)? He also fixed a part that was causing my outside unit to leak, leaving my freon low. Marcus found where the leak was coming from, replaced that part, cleaned the coils on my outside and inside unit. Installed a uv light to keep it clean, and seal the unit. He did a great job, explained everything he did, and worked in a very timely manner. Marcus is an asset to Action Air. He knows his stuff. Thanks Marcus!

Action Air Conditioning is the best. We just replaced both heating and air conditioning units and it's like a freezer in here. I would like to thank Jonathan for his expertise, patience and long hours he put in to get the job done right. Also, I would like to thank Spencer my Service Tech for truly listening to my concerns and applying his skills resulting in a satisfied customer. Thanks to the fellas that worked on this job. I know it wasn't easy working in an attic with temperatures reaching 104*and above. They truly deserve a raise. The Haynes family is very pleased with our new units.
