I had an installation service from Aaction Overhead Door to replace an old noisy chain motor to a belt style. Angelo was my technician and he did such a HIGH QUALITY job. As he mentioned on his way out, he treats every job like if it was his own home, and you can tell! He went the extra mile to clean up any shoddy work that he saw and created such clean wiring. I couldn't be happier with the service.

I have had nothing but issues since moving into my brand new build house with the garage! It has been repaired. It has been replaced. It has been serviced many of times in two years. I’ve never had my garage door in working order for longer than three months at a time the company/service coordinator doesn’t seem to care. They lack empathy. They don’t understand the frustration that comes with having to call them every other month and they seem to think it’s OK to treat their customers like it doesn’t matter.

Angelo was very courtesy and professional: he called prior to the scheduled installation with an ETA; arrived on time; explained the installation; worked fast; cleaned the garage before leaving; and reviewed and explained how to use the garage door opener leaving no questions unanswered. Awesome experience.

I have had a garage door from Aaction for almost 10 years now and had 0 issues until today - the spring snapped, so I had to call for a repair. They scheduled the repair the same day, then came and took care of it! The price was reasonable, I didn't feel like they were trying to do any unnecessary charges/work, and Zach was really kind! He had the issue fixed pretty quickly. I appreciate them taking care of my issue and would definitely recommend them!
