When I needed some lighting redone at my restaurant, I called Bruce and he was out quickly top discuss in detail what I needed. He went through multiple options for me - even going out of his way to price out different ways to get the job done with different hardware. In the end, I was given an estimate for several thousands less than if he had just gone ahead with what I asked for. He explained things in simple to understand terms, gave me plenty of time to make a decision and did the work quickly, cleanly, and efficiently.
