We just moved into a new Condo home over 55 community. We had not had time to yet set up a maintenance arrangement on the 2 HVAC systems but last Friday turned on heat for one and nothing happened. A friend in the community recommended AAir Systems Technologies. Got an immediate return phone call from Tina in the office. She set appointment for Monday with Tyler who was here even early. Quickly diagnosed the problem and went even further on making sure everything was okay with other unit. Service call charge was very reasonable. The best part- Tyler was outstanding! On a 1-10 scale, he was a 12!!!! I ask a lot of questions and he was amazingly patient with all of them. This place is our last stop on homes and we plan on keeping Aair Systems and Tyler hopefully forever. Already signed up f

Today we had AAIR Systems Technologies come out to perform routine maintenance on our furnace. When the technician Cameron arrived he was so friendly. I showed him where the furnace was, asked a couple questions and if he had time could he swap out two thermostats for me. During the whole visit he was very communicative(about timing and price), polite and efficient! Cameron was able to swap the thermostats for us and we are so grateful for his help and expertise. My fiancé and I will definitely be scheduling future maintenance with AAIR Systems Technologies!

We recently had Cam and Troy to our house to install a mini split heating/air conditioner system. They spent two and a half days working throughout the inside and outside. Both were courteous and very friendly as well as informative. They let us know what the plan was each day and the electrician was here when needed. They double checked placement of the systems with us ( both inside and outside) and explained the most effective way to control and clean our new systems. These young men were very professional and I’d highly recommend them and AAIR Systems when you are looking to install mini splits. Jim and Cheryl Hetherman

Used extremely bad material when installing my HVAC system. That material exploded on the side of my house after just 4 years or so since installation. He tried to charge me $1800 just to replace that line set with copper claiming that was "his cost". This amount of costs in material+labor made no sense, and I tried to reason with him. He would not budge. I found a reputable contractor that did the work at approx 60% of that price in 1-2 hours which of course had material mark up, profit, etc built in. So this confirmed that Aair Systems was taking advantage of the situation and not offering anything close to reasonable support nor any responsibility for using the sketchy material that they did. TLDR: a company that doesn't stand by their work and only care about ripping off their customers. AAir installed heat pumps in July 2024. I had lots of ants coming in around the heat pump this August 2025. I called them and a technician came out. Tech took off the heat pump cover to look at the install and said nothing wrong with it. He didn't use a screw driver or do any mechanical work. He was in the house for less than 5 minutes. They sent me an invoice for 225$ without warning or a heads up saying a service call is 225$ regardless of the amount of work done. I told them it was more or less them verifying they correctely installed a bug filter on the air intake and should be covered by the install warranty or at least have the charge be reasonable and consistent with the work done.
