I have been waiting to write this review for what feels like my entire life. I seriously can not say enough amazing things about Paul, Mickey, Josh, Al and the entire team at Aaron Pools. I first went in about 4 years ago and was no where near ready to purchase, but Paul went out of his way to treat me like I was his only customer. The service was unmatched. He never tried to upsell me or make me work outside of my proposed budget. A few years went by, and obviously prices went up. Paul was incredible about making adjustments to assure we were still getting the product we wanted. He would send messages on afternoons and weekends to make suggestions or give ideas (I'm sure he does not want me to mention he works weekends, but its true!) The amazing service does not stop there. I recently completed an inground pool project with Aaron Pools & Spas in Dartmouth, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, Paul and his team went above and beyond at every stage of the process. From the initial design and layout to working with the engineer and coordinating with my electrician, they handled everything seamlessly. What a wonderful experience we had with Aaron Pools from the beginning to the finished product. Nate and Paul helped with the logistics and when the installation came- the team was so professional and accommodating. The pool itself is so beautiful and it looks so perfect. My family can't say enough about everyone at Aaron pools and the service they provide. From the first time we met with Paul, A couple years before actually putting in a pool, he was very patient and explained everything to us. We've had our pool now 7 years and have gone back for support and service. All the people that work for Paul or always very patient and kind and very good explaining. They have really made this a wonderful experience.
