I had originally posted a review knocking the customer service provided by their answering lady. A compnay representative reached out and we spoke - he was absolutely 100% customer focused, and while he agreed that she was terse and gruff, he helped me see what she was trying to accomplish - in the end, it was a misunderstanding. SO INCREDIBLY over the moon with how they want to take care of customers and retain business. It was absolutely classy.

These folks are great and very reliable. Any time I call they are polite, and they deliver extremely quick 9/10 the day of calling.

Price gouging.3.19 today. Next most expensive is 3.10. Typically they will price match competition, they used to beat their price by 5cents. Today because fuel is in high demand with the impending weather they won't match anyone's price.

Wow I just called the lady was very rude if my tank doesn't take the 100 gallon minimum they charge a $30 fee and when I call they say they will deliver the next day

I called them on 12/15/2016 at 1:35 pm in the afternoon. I spoke to a woman who was very nice and told her we just moved to Shenandoah PA and we just ran out of oil. We are 17 miles from there shop and she advised me they would deliver oil tomorrow. We got our delivery at 9:29am the next morning with zero problems. This is our oil company for now on and we are happy to find a company that is hard working and delivers when we needed them. Thank You So much as per all the local companies we called were not able to bring any oil for 2-4 days.
