I had a great experience with ABA. Misty was super accommodating and she had my pump out and septic inspection at lightning speed with plenty of time before contingencies expired. Dana was my technician who was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was even there an hour before scheduled time! I am moving in from out of state and definitely found my well and septic people! Thanks to the whole crew for a great experience and prompt and professional communication before and after the sale.

Working with ABA was an absolute nightmare. The realtor, Fay Grant, required that they be the company to inspect the sewer for the buyers when we sold our house. They overcharged, they didn't bring the right equipment, they were rude on the phone and lied about appointments - saying I cancelled them when I did not. They were inept and dug holes in the yard no where near where they needed to be and they were given a MAP of the existing septic (which was only 7 yrs old). They used a transponder which they charged extra for - but mislocated the spot. They told me I had to hire a backhoe to dig up the box. Had a really good experience with this company. Miss Deborah was polite and informative. She worked with my schedule. Mr Dana was at our home as scheduled and did an awesum job. He inspected our system and explained the process so that understood. The price charged was exactly as quoted. I can reccomend this company HIGHLY! GREAT JOB ABA!!!

I would like to leave a review for aba septic and Misty and Debra !! They are amazing . Aba has done my family's septic needs for many yrs , I just had a septic waste removal , and each time I call either girl has been so kind and takes the time to listen , professional and very informative and helpful . The girls go above and beyond and to me it's so important the kindness they show , I highly recommended aba septic , they are quick w response and very helpful and great. I purchased a home in September 2021. The sellers used ABA to do the septic inspection. Everything passed and I was sent a copy of the report which included the a copy of the invoice. It was $585 for pumping the tank and the inspection. Fast forward to June 2024, I got a new job and had to move and sell. Since ABA did the most recent inspection, we used them. It was a nightmare. By the time the inspection was scheduled to happen, I had already moved. The day of the inspection (Monday June 10) came and went, and I didn’t hear anything. I assumed everything went well and I would get a report in a day or two.
