We had ABACUS come to our home again and install a new faucet, garbage disposal and all the connecting pipes under the new sink. The experience couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, it was smooth, professional, and super pleasant. Tim Waltman was our technician, and he was fantastic. Super kind and polite, and clearly knows his craft. He took his time, did a really clean job, and everything works perfectly. He was respectful of our home, easy to talk to, and just had a calm, pleasant way about him that made the whole thing easy. It’s so nice when someone comes in, does excellent work, and you don’t have to worry about anything. Thanks Tim! ABACUS continues to impress and continues to earn our trust.

Abacus always gives us quality service. They are great at diagnosing the problem and walking through multiple solutions to make sure we are doing what’s best for our household. Not an easy review for me. On a scheduled service time of 11-2 the Electrician finally contacted me and let me know that it would be 3pm before he arrived. I’ve been waiting since 10:30. He was pleasant and professional. There were significant differences in what I was told by the office and the Electrician. He quoted an outrageous price ($568) to change a circuit breaker and I asked him to leave. I have history as a home builder. In conversation he told me what he paid for the circuit breaker ($70) and I told him I thought that was price gouging. We ended up at $386 rather than $550+ and it was still very high. I do not trust this company to act fairly.

A colleague told me about Abacus, I was completely sold after they said, I’ll have a lifetime warranty on my A/C unit. I also signed up for regular maintenance on electric and plumbing. So far, their service has been excellent.

Had Abacus technician, Ethan, came out for a 2nd opinion. Very honest appraisal and inspection. Will only recommend service that’s needed. I will use them again in the future for repairs.
