Flatbed. Arrived at noon. 5 hours later I finally get called to drop trailer in a door. Door slanted to blind side and you come in strong side. Empty flatbed parked where need to get lined up. 1.5hrs later im loaded. Had to strap and tarp. Must use their harness. Little over 7hrs total here. Avoid like your life depends on it.

The staff at the check-in were super professional. Unfortunately, I was there for 9 hours, and they called me to the door to load my truck. Communication with the warehouse employee to load me was minimal; they didn't want to talk to me at all. They didn't say anything, zero communication.

Unloading time was 1 1/2 hours, unsure why. Be prepared to back into building, unhook from trailer and find somewhere to park in the lot. But make sure to be out of the yard dog’s way or you’ll get a tongue lashing. And really I wasn’t even in his way. There was another trucker there waiting to load, he had already been there 4 hours, unhooked and waiting before I got there. He was still there, waiting, when I left.
