Terrible experience with Abbas. It’s sad not to be able to support this family owned local company. I had an appointment with Abbas employee Junior for Noon to discuss pump installation. I confirmed the appointment time the day of. I drove three hours one way to make the appointment. At 1 PM no Junior. I called the office and spoke with Tonya who said he would be there soon. He finally showed up 5 hours late at 5 PM. Junior came up with a great solution for me and said he would send a bid. The bid arrived and the DAB pump he recommended - the bid price showed $1999. These pumps are widely available for $1295. Abbas wanted to mark the pump up 45% or over $700! I called and asked them if they would lower the price of the pump. Their response was to “ decline my job” and cut off communic

Amazing service from Abbas Well! Our well pump was cavitating, and when I called them at 8:00 AM, I honestly wasn’t expecting same-day resolution. They proved me wrong in the best way possible. By 12:30 PM, they had already pulled the well pump, replaced it, and installed a new pressure tank — all in the same morning. Fast, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. This is what top-tier service looks like. If you have any well or pump issues, Abbas Well is the company to call. Highly recommend!

Absolute stand-up crew. I called them with a frozen well-head (my fault). They had a guy out there in literally 20 minutes. Solved the problem, prevented the problem from ever happening again, and gave some good advice on some related matters (filters were installed incorrectly by me) while they were there. Really hard to ask for better, and I consider their rates fair.

This business is amazing. The night before our first showing to sell our property the water went out on our 3 party well. Two of the three parties were out of town. I called another company and was quoted 300 dollars per hour as it was a Friday night. On a recommendation from a family member I called ABBAs. They were responsive and called back right away helping to diagnose over the phone. They came to house and did some magic, problem solved. What I could not believe was that they did not charge even a service call! There is a switch that still needs to needs to be replaced to avoid another fail. Once the neighbors are home you can bet that ABBAs will be who we will call 11out of 10!

We were having pump issues and they came out same day. Had it fixed in no time. Great customer service!
