I contacted the company back in the first week of May for a new in-wall unit. Steve said he had a refurbished unit for me to save money - great - but the job would be difficult due to the odd placement of the original unit so the labor would be more costly. No problem. Before Memorial Day he said he was going to get in touch with his contractor to get him to my house one day to replace the unit. I’ve contacted him every week so far (we’re now in July) and it’s the same story. He’s trying to get him down to my house, very busy etc etc even though I contacted them in early May (so why is my house not a priority like your other clients?). I’ve made myself very available. He keeps saying they will aim for a certain day and then I hear nothing. Very frustrating and misleading. Gave up with them

The guys at Abbey are great! Very patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and concerns regarding my Friedrich wall unit air conditioner. These guys are honest and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Abbey to any one!

Great service. When I called to get an update on my air conditioner repair, Steve was so nice and went to check on a status. Usually, when you call a service department, at least in my experience, they’re pretty nasty and short with you. The two guys that came to the house to take out and then reinstall the air conditioner were super nice and very knowledgeable and did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company for any of your appliance needs.

They don’t come like Steven anymore he is a honest, decent, hardworking businessman. I purchased an air conditioner unit from Abbeys 3 years ago and just last week it stopped working nothing it was dead I called Abbeys and got Steven he remember me and said he wouldn’t want me to get rid of a machine if maybe there was something that could be done to save it and told me to schedule a service call. I did and to my surprise he came personally along with another very nice young man (sorry I don’t recall his name) the two of them proceeded to check my unit diagnosis the problem and fix it so that it was up and running with in minutes. The cost was reasonable I saved a metric ton of money because of Steven’s good business man integrity. Trust me you can’t go wrong with the level of honesty and
