We first reached out to Abbey in March 2024 after a leaking pipe destroyed the flooring in our finished basement. Jillian and Craig were great! We had them install a stair runner after a couple of unfortunate slips down slippery hardwood stairs. The showroom had plenty of samples and Jillian was very helpful, answering questions but giving us time to browse ourselves. We were able to take home 3 samples as well. Craig called and scheduled a time to come out the same week to measure. He was quick, professional and was able to answer all of our questions, as well as giving us his professional opinion on some of our options. The install was scheduled for 3 weeks later, at which time two men came to install it in less than an hour. They did a great job and we are very happy with the results! We even got a personal handwritten thank you note in the mail afterwards.

We needed a new carpet for our bedroom. Susan was friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. The selection was extensive and we picked out exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend them for any carpet/flooring needs!
