Abbey Carpet & Floor Downtown

When we decided to replace the carpeting in our three bedrooms with hard surface flooring, we visited several flooring stores before finding the right fit. We were fortunate to connect with Thomas Kalvin (TK) at the downtown Naples store. He first answered my questions over the phone and then went above and beyond when we visited the store. Based on the photos I had sent, he had already selected several samples for us to review. TK really listens to your preferences, has a great eye and makes use of all this input in his recommendations. It made the entire selection process incredibly easy — truly the easiest flooring decision we’ve ever made. 100% satisfaction!!! Shelly is so patient and kind to deal with a woman who hadn’t had Carpet in a very long long time! 👌🌹 The removal and install of the lovely carpet went smoothly. Care was taken to move furniture and the expertise of doing stairs along with a loft was beyond my expectations! It looks and feels super inviting! Already had neighbors over to view. In general this was a very good experience and the people were a pleasure to deal with. My salesperson was very nice and there for me every step of the way and though there was a mix up with obe of the carpets delivered their manager was there so quickly to rectify the situation it was almost as though he was waiting nearby! The installers did a very nice job and cleaned up and moved furniture. All in all very nice job - my only minor complaint is that i am still waiting for my warranty although i asked for it 3 days ago
