We had a very positive experience with Abbey Carpet & Floor Outlet. Our salesperson, Steven Scott was a pleasure to work with….we appreciated his advice on carpet for our stairs without feeling any pressure to buy. We ended up buying a remnant roll of carpet that was perfect for our stairs. The installed price was very fair and Steven included a $100 discount on the carpet we chose. Once the contract was signed, the carpet was installed within the week. The installers were excellent. It took about two hours and they did an amazing job. We were extremely happy with our choice of carpet, the price, and the installation. Very professional each step of the process.

This Abbey Carpet and Floor is located close to Bonita Springs and Estero. Anna Karfius went out of her way to coordinate a full carpet installation in our home where our son, flying in from afar, needed to set up specific times. The communications with her were very good. It took quite a few communications and all went as planned. For this we are grateful. The Karistan carpet we hope will be a very good fit for us and a good quality carpet for a long time. Kim Harvey and her team went above and beyond for me. After a different carpet/floor installer couldn't remember my order (a first) and I had a house being listed in a few days Kim stepped up. 5 Carpet and flooring companies said a week plus just to measure but Kim and team was able to measure and install within 10 days at a better price. Abbey Carpet is the only place I will ever go for Carpet and flooring again.
