Beautiful shower! The workmanship is spot on. Also Shawn recommended a glass store for the shower door - gorgeous! The plumber that had to install the shower head said that the installer did a beautiful job! Very very happy! 😊. Highly recommend Abbey Carpet of Cambridge.

Abby's Carpet staff were WONDERFUL to work with! Denise spent alot of time assisting me with finding the perfect carpet to meet our needs. Denise, Shawn, Jonah (carpet installer) and I don't believe I got the name of the hard floor transition piece installer were all great, professional and pleasant. Oh, and I cannot forget Tilly and her sister's excited greetings upon me entering the store was a delight. Everything was done in a timely manner. I recommend using this business for your flooring needs.

Denise was extremely patient and helpful when picking out armstrong floor tiles. However, when tile started to break down after 4 months on floor. Showed her pictures of tile, she clearly stated it was a faulty tile. After she had contacted manufacturer she totally changed story. She wouldn't even come out and look at the tile. Too bad, as we had 3 more rooms to redo but with customer service like that I will take business somewhere else. Renee

Our experience with Abbey Carpet was fantastic. This local company will definitely get our future business. We recently purchased LVT and carpet; Abbey installed the carpet. We had our leftover carpet remnant made into several area rugs. We love all our new flooring! Kayla, Denise and Shawn were so great to work with. We appreciated their knowledge, their options, their patience, and their superior customer service. Also, Matt did a great install. We feel fortunate to have this business in our community.

Had absolutely no idea what I was doing looking for carpeting. Denise was AMAZING to work with! She listened to my thoughts and helped narrow down ideas without forcing me into making a decision or the most expensive thing avaliable. She was also very good at getting back to us in a timely manner and making sure our order was placed and ready when we were. The installers with also so amazing and did a great job with our odd layouts and were so friendly and hard working. Will definitely be going with them in the future!
