My honest opinion is 4.5 stars. We were recommended to them by someone in our community in Malad. The rep came out, measured and later came back with some samples for us to look at. We picked one and they had a crew come out pretty quick to get it installed. We had two rooms in our basement, stairs, and a small landing. We love the carpet and it looks amazing. The only doc to the 5 star is that where the carpet meets the vinyl they didn’t install any stair nosing so it looks unfinished. The rep told us it’s almost impossible to match without a sample of the vinyl which I can understand. However, I would think a generic one that is close to the carpet would work as well. We have worked with this company two other times when they did rooms in our house and the experience was okay but they really screwed up this time. When my husband and I went in to look at carpet we were advised by Michelle that a better quality high-end carpet would be beneficial with us having cats and children. She also recommended the pink pad to us because it was a higher quality pad that normally goes along with that carpet. So we told her to put those on record, we picked out some carpet, and we had someone come out and measure. One could argue that I okayed it when I went to pay but I would have trusted her that she saved the proper recommendations and was charging me for what we had already discussed. I had such a great experience working with Michelle at Abbey Carpet & Floor! She was so kind and very helpful!

If I could give zero stars I would! First, they failed to measure the appropriate square footage. As a realtor, I know this is simple math. Because of their mistake, we had to wait an additional week or two for them to come back and finish reinstalling the flooring. Second, when we called to pay our invoice, the customer service was shockingly unprofessional and rude. Third, their invoice was incorrect. They argued with us on the phone, insisting we pay more than what we were originally quoted. Clearly, integrity is not a priority for them. Just go straight to the installers—they were phenomenal. But Abby Carpet of Logan? Their service is terrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

Abbey carpet installed our carpet 3 years ago when we moved into our home. We loved them so much we used them again to lay carpet in our basement last month! They were quick, efficient, and kind. Communication was above and beyond as well!
