Kyle and his team are fabulous. I have had him in the past to do my flooring and tile, and this last experience was the best. Terry and Chris did the cutting and laying of the floors in our bedrooms. The gentleman who actually installed the wood floor is very professional. They went out their way to help my wife and I, as my wife is very limited on what she can accomplish. Now my home is matched through out our home, and do not worry about carpet any longer. It has been a week now, and we have gotten our home back together which was difficult as our hot water tank blew on the 2nd day of the install. The pricing and quality of the carpet were excellent. However, I experienced significant issues with the installation team. If I encounter the same installers for any future purchase, I will request a different crew or cancel the order altogether. During the installation, the workers spent nearly ten hours loudly livestreaming on social media, yelling, and behaving very unprofessionally. It put me in a difficult position—I wanted the job completed correctly, but I also didn’t want to confront them and risk the work being done poorly. Overall, the product itself is great, but the installation service was extremely disappointing.

This is a family owned business and they are great to work with. This the second time we have used them and I can’t say enough good things about them. Londa in sales is excellent and very quick to respond to any questions and was so helpful throughout the process. If you’re looking for flooring they have the best trades working for them. Tile guy is excellent, wood floor guys excellent and carpet layers did a great job. They don’t cut corners and do it correctly the first time . Replacing all of the flooring in our house was a long process, and in the end, we are so glad we chose to go with Abbey’s Carpet of Ogden. At first, we considered doing it all ourselves. After speaking with a representative at the store for nearly an hour and doing lots of research, we realized this was over our heads. We needed lots of floor leveling to install the high quality LVP we were interested in. After accepting the fact that we would hire out for the entire job, we got three quotes: one from a general home improvement store, a contractor who had a relationship with another flooring store, and Abbey’s. Abbey's not only came in with the best price, but they also had the best quality products, which is ultimately what led us to our decision to go with Abbey’s for the full job. They

We used Abbey to refinish our hardwood floors. Do not use them! Within a few months the finish began to show big patchy discolorations. We contacted them and after multiple attempts to have the come look at it, they finally did. Then they told us that they wouldn't do anything about it. We are now left with a terrible looking floor. They told us that the finish would be warrantied, they do not stand behind their work. I wish they would take the reply to this post down because they refused to resolve this issue after multiple attempts to get them to.
