We decided to go with them for our room remodel. The sales rep tracy was so much more helpful than the other place we had narrowed it down to...hertaus floors. Big shop where they will sit down with you and help you map out a plan. We recommend checking them out.

Purchased flooring at the suggestion of the sales representative. We specifically asked about the flooring they were recommending, due to having pets. They assured us that the flooring was very durable. We were upsold from what we wanted, due to the sales representatives recommendation. 1 year later, the hard wood already had to be replaced. When i contacted Abbey, they told me that their sales representative would have never done that. At least back your product, and admit when a representative made an error. Having to replace all our hard wood. Not just my opinion, but also the opinion of the 2 contractors who came out to look at it. The other products they sold us have held up fine.

We would like to say- Big Thank you Abbey Decorating Center Apple Vally MN, and 21 Century Contractors MN for helping us to accomplish our1536 SF carpets coverings replacement goal in our house that was built in the1997-1998 in 2 days!!! The all process was nice and stress-free! Another Big Plus!!! They moved our furniture very carefully!!! Reasonable price, the job was done in a timely manner with no damage to the walls doors or anyone in our house including our beloved 6 kitty cats!!! With much respect - Irina and Jim K. Had a great experience with getting my water damaged carpet replaced. Keith and Keith Jr came and did a fantastic job installing the new carpet. They were professional and I was impressed with their level of knowledge and experience. I'm loving the new carpet, I highly recommend this company.

Lindsey sold me top quality Bertch cabinets. Pricing was excellent based on competing quotes for another brand they sell. Excellent, consummate professional installation. Even though I did not purchase countertops from them, they arranged plumbing service at a lower negotiated rate. Top notch design, sales, service.
