The technicians performing our Chimney Sweep were courteous, prompt, and efficient! We are now able to use our indoor fireplace once again after it was inoperable for the past year. Would definitely recommend this company and particularly Alex’s services!

Timothy and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with, they were very honest, on time worked steadily throughout the day until the job was done. They were very respectful, and they took extra precautions to keep our space clean. They have great communication between each other and the customer. I would recommend them 10x over and I will absolutely use them again and did sign up for their maintenance agreement because I feel extremely confident in their work.

Alex, our chimney sweep, did an excellent job! He was very professional, on time, and very knowledgable. The communication was great. I received detailed text messages prior to our cleaning service and when our chimney sweep would arrive. The entire process to inspect and clean took about 1 hour. Would definitely recommend!

I got some air conditioning services done by Abbey Rd heating and Air. My stairwell was so stuffy and hot. Alex came to inspect and suggested I get a register added. My stair well is much cooler and it is traveling into the hallway like he said. To be honest, I was completely skeptical of his idea and suggestion. However, he is the expert and I went with it. Sure enough it worked. I really enjoyed their expertise. They were tidy and cleaned up after themselves. 10/10 will hire again! I also think its cute that when they are on the way, the company sends a picture of the person that is coming along with a brief biography about them. It makes it personal and you get to know them like family.

At this point Abbey Road is the only AC and Heating business my wife and I use for our own home and our investment properties. There have been a couple emergencies and last minute calls yet they always try their best to accommodate us and our tenants. It is without doubt that they are hard working and an honest company. You will not be disappointed!
