Abbott Air Inc

Since moving to Englewood in 2013, we've been using Abbott Air. They were helpful when we purchased our new system, and we've had a service agreement with them since it was installed. All the personnel I encountered, from the office staff to the service technicians, were consistently polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My service technician today was Connor. He arrived on time, was courteous, and demonstrated expertise. I was unsure about the correct filter size to order, but Connor proactively included this information on my invoice. It was a no-charge service due to my agreement. Thank you, Abbott Air, for your excellent service over the past 13 years.

These guys continue to be amazing! last night my heating system burned up. We smelled burning smell in the heouse and the heat stopped working just when we are about to go into the coldest weekend of the year. I called Abbott air at 11:30 last night and left a message with the answering service. The office called me at 8am! They told me they could come to help me at between 10am and 2 pm which made me very happy. But it got even better a few minutes later when I got a call back saying there was a cancellation and they would arrive in about a half hour!! About 30 minutes later Andrew arrived. Within 30 seconds after Andrew opened the unit he knew what the problem was!! After replacing some burned up wiring and checking the system we had wonderful heat in my house again. Brian S. and his associate were very much appreciated. Brian was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient! I’ve used Abbott Air for years for maintenance, so when I needed to replace my 25+ year old HVAC unit, of course I used Abbott Air! (This visit was a routine maintenance under Abbott’s Gold Member Contract, so price I check-marked is for whole package, not this individual service.)

We purchase a brand new unit from Abbott Air in sept 2022 for $10,000. After installation we had to contact them many times to come back and set up the thermostat again and again as our home was not cooling properly. Every time they came out they made us feel as though we are a problem customer although we paid so much for a brand new system. then finally after just 1 year, the system started to leak and we quickly called them. A few of our stuff got ruined but thankfully we were home and called them in time and they said that it was due to a part that needed to be replaced. One of the owners AJ came out once with his son and told us that we needed a maintenance plan which we were fine with but he also said that there was no way to stop a leak and it could leak again at any time. Javier - would highly recommend him. Very professional, and personable!! It was a little confusing when he showed up to do maintenance WHEN I was expecting repair person with new part they had ordered..he was unaware of a problem. I wish i had known maintenance was due at that close timeframe.....would of eliminated a service call being couple days before he came! Javier just left again today after doing scheduled maintenance. Part was finally installed after eight days, part under warranty, but installation/service was very expensive!! With all this being said...Javier is a great employee! Javier was not the tech who ordered and repaired/installed the new part. That was Brian, he too did a good job. Would like to understand if parts under warranty...why so expensive to have install
