Happy with service. Called about my 2007 LG washer. Everything was clearly explained to me when I first called to get an appointment. The service charge is an industry standard. It is not negotiable and the company cannot afford to diagnose problems for free. I was informed the technician’s name and when he would show up. Everything went perfectly as described. Tom, my technician, fixed my washer in good time with minimal inconvenience to me. The cost was what I expected, service fee was subtracted from the repair cost, and came with a 5-year warranty for the parts. Reviews on Yelp are not accurate. People don’t understand how diagnostic evaluations cannot be done free or for any less of a discount or the company would not still be in business since 1961. My experience was all positive.

The appliance maintenance program was well worth it. Thoroughly checked and cleaned 5 appliances. Chris was great and even contacted colleagues about a stovetop cleaning question. Our clothes came out of the washer and dryer so clean, smelled great and were so soft! Would recommend this company to anyone. Top notch!

My LG washing machine's pump was going. Eric ordered the new one on Thursday, it arrived Saturday, he was here to install Monday. Talk about FAST service! The stackables are in a right alcove. Eric was AMAZING! The pump replacement took no time at all. The out and in of the machines from the alcove was another story. Eric fought the stackables gallantly and WON! ... and kept his pleasant, positive demeanor the entire time! (I couldn't have done that!) I became a loyal customer of Action Appliance Repair today. Thank you!! And thanks for Tom's visit first for a small issue, also with the LG's. Two professional, knowledgeable and pleasant employees! For anything appliance related I'll be calling Action Appliance!

Steve did a great job getting our dryer up and running. We needed a new coil and it came right away. Steve came back to install the coil and we were back to doing laundry. This is our third time using this company and we are always pleased with their service.

Chris called ahead and arrived on time. Professional and friendly, the job was explained and the price quoted. Job done in expected amount of time. Happy to have my dryer back, good as new.
