Ok so most reviews give you an idea about the company. That is all fine and good. This is a great company. But I would like to review the people. I called and talked to Matt. I needed several repairs done so I could meet my closing deadline. Matt assured me it would be no problem. He had my countertop repaired in a couple of days. Then a team showed up and repaired some ductwork in the attic and did mold restoration under the house. They did an amazing job and in a timely manner. And as with projects and a client that needed everything done yesterday, there were a couple of things that needed addressed after the team left. Now mind you, we live way out of town in Chadwick. When we were informed of water damage in our condo from a frozen pipe, we were very stressed about managing this from 500 miles away. One call to ABC Environmental and they responded very quickly and with ongoing professionalism. Dakota was my initial contact and he went out of his way to make sure all aspects of the process were well managed from initial mitigation through return of the restored furniture. We had a small grease fire in our home. I chose this business solely on their internet reviews. Horrible decision! They must have paid people for the good reviews. Poor communication. Took months to get painting and some "cleaning" done. The paint is horrible. Streaks and painted the light fixtures. The cleaning was very minimal. Said they would need to paint more. At that point we told them to not come back. We would do it ourselves. It had already been 3 months. I ended up just cleaning the house myself. They did the pack out but never cleaned the items. The total invoice was over $12,000. Had to pay or they wouldn't give items back. I assumed for that price our items were cleaned. I assumed wrong. They went through multiple employees. ABC worked on my basement mold remediation. The crew showed up daily ready to work. Jake Rauch was especially helpful and walked me through updates on the progress. He even went above and beyond when I left for a trip and left some items... he mailed me the items and texted pictures of the crew's progress. ABC also custom ordered cabinets that more closely matched the damaged ones. Overall I am very pleased.

We absolutely love and appreciated all the guys who work for this place! We had a tree fall through our roof during a storm and these guys worked for at least 12 hours straight the day after removing debris and gutting the rooms of our house that had severe rain damage. When they left late that night they were still friendly and smiling even though I knew they were dog tired! They kept showing up for the next free days making sure all our concerns were met while helping other homes that were in the same situation as us. I simply do not know how these guys kept up such a good attitude but they did! Really love this business and would highly recommend it!
