ABC Garage Door Service and Repair

Chris and Chris seemed really good. They came out gave an estimate, they were fair priced. I hired Chis to do my 3 car garage. We paid half the money up front He worked on the double garage and after 1 month it wouldn’t open. So we called back. We have kept calling and no answer. 6 months later still broken garage and can’t get a return call. My text stopped going through. I’m now working with the better On a small claims. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS FOR ANYTHING. Chris came highly recommend and then this happened. So disappointed and I still have to MANUALLY lift my garage to get my car in or out.

Never again!! Untrustworthy and uses old parts! Spring on door broke and we found ABC Garage Door's magnet on the garage door that prior home owner had left. Called and Chris came right away. I didn't know anything about garage doors and Chris took advantage of this. He replaced only the one broken spring and was going to return to replace the trim along the bottom of the garage. 6 months later, multiple promises to come finish his work he was paid for it and nothing. Chris refuses to answer my texts or phone calls. Yesterday the other spring broke. I had a different company come out and let me know that both springs should have been replace AND he used an old spring with a 2010 date. I should have known better and researched who we were hiring to do the work. Lesson learned.

Chris just left my house after working for a few hours on my garage door. He left it better than it was before, after fixing an additional issue on the door. We've worked with them before and have had great service. Chris even offered to come late in the evening in case we needed to get our cars out for work the next morning. Would recommend ABC Garage Door Service to anyone!!!

Chris & Chris did a great job. My door broke Friday afternoon and I presumed that it would take at least a week to get a bid and get it fixed. Then I saw ABC Garage Door Service and Repair and that they are open 24 hr. I contacted them late Friday afternoon and Chris was ready to come out and fix it right then. I didn't want them to have to work Friday night so I scheduled ABC for Saturday. They came out and got it taken care of, including adjusting the tracks to make the whole assembly work perfectly. Within 24 hr. my dilemma was resolved. I highly recommend Chris and ABC Garage Door Service and Repair to everyone. Thank you Sir. It was a pleasure to meet you.

When our garage door broke, he was out within the day to fix it. It worked great, until it broke on the 2nd of Oct. They claim to have a 10 year warranty on torsion spring breakage- which is what broke. I've left 9 messages for Chris in the last 15 days. No response. He does good work to begin with, but it doesn't seem like covering their warranty is on their high list of priorities. I'd really like to park in my garage again, Chris!
