ABC Keys installed a $250 exterior door lock on water heater closet. With the service call it was a $350 investment for a broken lock on a door that is opened maybe once a year. I would’ve preferred they asked me what kind of lock I would’ve liked. I thought they were doing a repair on the existing lock. I would appreciate a bit more transparency.

Highly recommend to get car keys cut. All the old stores that cut keys are now automated kiosks and don't cut car keys. Surprised they have a showroom And service desk area, very helpful and friendly. Very reasonably priced ,would highly recommend.

Shop opens at 8:30 am per the sign on the door yet it’s 8:45 am and no one is here. They do great work when they’re open but my time is valuable, too.

Used them to move a safe and they damaged the walls and doors and tile in the house and didn't even care. Told my wife stuff happens and left. Would not recommend or use ever again!!! Very unprofessional

Everything exceeded my expectations. They made it all stress-free.
