My cars key broke off the key fob and I couldn’t turn on my car. I was stressed with the possible dealership cost of $400-500 but I found my exact cars key fob on Amazon for $16 with overnight shipping, then my car insurance covered a tow to the these guys and they were so helpful and kind! It was $85 for them to cut and program it and they did it so fast. I’m so so grateful!

I had gone to different places to get my key and fob replaced and programmed. I came here and he was so nice and fixed it. Took a couple of minutes but it was all worth it. Highly recommend this place.

Maurissa was extremely and had a very confrontational attitude as soon as I walked in. She made my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable. Very poor customer service skills.

I came here to purchase a simple cabinet lock with a key, but they did not have it available and one of the young ladies that took care of me advised me to go to Lowe’s to see if I could find it there which I did, and I TRULY appreciate their honesty. The young lady told me that if I could not find it there, to return to their business and she would have one of her locksmiths help me find a place where to purchase a replacement. Many times, you do not have to purchase something from a business, but their expertise, honest guidance, outstanding customer service and professionalism is what makes a customer; return and stay loyal to that business.
