ABC of Joplin Inc Treatment-Pest

Always there, I have had no problems since I've started service. Punctual, sometimes early, very friendly and professional. Every time they come out, they check to make sure everything is working right. These bugs dont come in! You can see where they die like a line! I absolutely love it! These guys are great!

This review is in no way pointed towards their products or services or the quality thereof. This review is strictly based on their scheduling and follow through. Unfortunately I did not have the pleasure of doing business with this company. I had called and scheduled an appointment for a specific time frame. During this time I was home, blinds were open and my car was parked out front. I was also in my living room waiting for them. When I called in the late afternoon I decided ti cancel my appointment as I was no longer able to meet during their other times. When I called I was told they came to my house but no one was home. I indicated I had been home, there was no door bell rung, and no knock. I also did not recieve a phone call which would had cleared up even a confused or wrong addre

The is the BEST pest control ever. We were desperate. They helped very quickly. They followed up and kept on top of the problem and now it's almost solved.

Still have bugs even after they have been to my house 4 times. Didn't get rid of my daughter's at her house either. Not happy with them at all

I would recommend ABC to anyone and I do. I have used ABC for 20 year's, they are very dependable & price is affordable the best part once they spray your bug's are gone!
