My tech is Tylor. He listened, and based on what he heard, along with his inspection, delivered great results. Our service is ongoing and will remain so, as long as professional work at the level Tylor performs continues. I would have given 5 stars but I did have issues with other personnel in the past and this review is for ABC in general. Tylor merits 5 stars though. 🌟

I have been with ABC pest control Inc., since January 2022. At first I struggled with this company. They would have a different person come out to treat my lawn very often. My new lawn was ruined. I kept calling and emailing the supervisor Eric about my issues, he would come out, make promises but still there would be no change. I was just about to switch companies until Zack came along. My grass was doing 100% better than ever before. But after being promised that I will have Zach from now on, that wasn't the case. My grass went from better to worse. I spoke to the Manager David and he was pretty rude. No customer service training whatsoever. We have decided to move on. Update!! It's been almost a couple of months since I left ABC pest control, my grass has never looked so good!! I ha

Terrible office staff and applicators. When communicating initially to find out about their company, they misrepresented themselves and the costs. I found out after agreeing to go with them. $55 a month for interior and exterior applications quarterly. Plus a 1 time fee of $500. They also claim that they do subterranean termite control with the spray. I found out afterwards that it is another complete method to control subterranean termites. They also claimed I had termites in treated decking and charged me over $300 for that application. The trouble is, termites do not go into that kind of treated wood according to an honest company. Don't do it. Stay far away from this company. I was told be your office staff and the tech that I was getting quarterly subterranean control by spraying.

I’ve been a customer of ABC Pest Control for about four years, and they are by far the best company I’ve worked with—both at my home and, over the past year, across all 30+ of my commercial properties. The owners are hands-on and genuinely involved in day-to-day operations, and their technicians are outstanding. I even had the chance to do a ride-along with one of their techs, and it was incredible to see how happy their customers were and how eager they were to refer ABC to their neighbors. I’m a lifelong supporter of this company.

I cannot yet speak to the treatment of my trees, but I can share my incredible experience with Chris in sales. He came for an evaluation and took his time to hear my concerns and answer my questions. He went out of his way to make sure he was helping me as much as possible. I truly appreciate this approach to sales and would love to continue working with Chris moving forward. No rushing, no pushiness, just patience and care.
