Victor Medina came to finish the job of replacing the electrical box, hard start assist and a surge protector on my condenser unit. He was fast, thorough and very polite. He took time to explain many details about the system.

Denis S & Eliab did a great job with my air conditioner. We had a problem today and they came out quickly and stayed late into the afternoon to fix the issue. These guys are great! They're professional and they really knew what they were doing right away. They had a great attitude and it was nice knowing the job was done right. ABC is lucky to have these Technicians working for them. Thank You!!

I have to let Super ABC Plumbing, Air & Heat know what an asset their technician, Chris McNab-601, is to their company! My AC system was not blowing cold air, Chris showed up late afternoon on a Saturday and after a thorough inspection, he found a leak in the system, obviously I had lost the refrigerant. He let me know that he could repair the leak however he did not have enough refrigerant with him in order to refill the system, that he would have to go to Tampa and come back. I live up in New Port Richey, which meant it would take him at least 1 to 1.5 hours to go get the refrigerant and return. By then it was 7:15 PM, so I thought that I would call ABC and see if it would be possible to schedule someone to come the next morning just to refill the system so that Chris would not have to

I did have a few hiccups in the beginning during their transition but "Super ABC " has arrived! Excellent customer service, very prompt 🙂. They have maintained continuous contact with me with great coordination and cooperation. I have been BEYOND impressed with their knowledge, kindness, honesty! Also, I'm incredibly thrilled with the service I received from both "MY HERO'S"..... The best A/C technicians around ! Thank you Super ABC ..... Vickie F 🙂👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I met Zay  when he came out to check my AC, and he was very polite and professional. He took the time to explain what was going on with the system and informed me about a few things I didn’t know. He even gave me a cool light which was a nice touch. Overall great service — I’ll definitely be reaching out to Super ABC again soon.
