During the prolonged cold snap, we had a leak rapidly appear in our ceiling and suspected a burst pipe. ABC was the only company that picked up the phone promptly on the weekend and connected me with Adam. It was a crazy weekend due to the weather and no other companies were available. Adam went out of his way to stop by the night before (they were completely booked), helped diagnose the situation and made sure we were taking safety precautions to prevent further damage. He drove back the next morning through blizzard conditions to help us pinpoint and isolate the cause of damage so that we could get our main water back up and running. Super communicative and thorough in an emergency situation... I'd give 6 stars if possible!
