Super happy with this company!! My dad used to have a plumbing company, knew the owner when they were both starting out, and has long since retired (and is aging)...but this is the only company he trusts, and his trust is well warranted. Anytime I have called them, they are fast, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and Get The Job Done Right.. 100% recommend. This company has been around for decades, with good reason.

They took advantage of my 81 year old mother. She called they came out, did not fix problem charged her 125.00 service charge. She called them back told them it was not fixed, charged her 125.00 service fee AGAIN, told her they needed to replace her faucet, did not tell her how much it would be BEFORE installation, came back installed a faucet that was worth 200 at most but sent her a bill totally almost 800!!! They charged her almost over 400 for the faucet. When she called him about it, he did lower it but it’s still 600 that she has to pay. THEY TOOK ADVANTAGE OF HER!!! I highly recommend STAYING FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Shame on you🤬

I have never really shipped at a plumbing supply store but this has changed my mind. They were able to ID exactly what I need and pick it from a wide array of parts. They can fit the entire Big box store faucets etc into a little corner of there store. More importantly, they have deep knowledge plumbing. After buy stuff that did not fit right from the big box stores, I am delighted.

Worst service ever! Overpriced for not even being able to solve the plumbing issues!

The gentleman was very helpful in finding a replacement toilet tank lid for my cracked lid.
