ABC Seamless of Fargo

ABC Seamless of Fargo advertises heavily the "Lifetime, transferable, non-prorated, even includes coverage for fading" warranty. My experience leads me to suggest that you explore other siding options, or if you decide to choose ABC, read your warranty agreement VERY closely and pay attention to the fine print. They used the built in "outs" to deny our claim. My feeling is the warranty is misleading and not in the spirit of good service you would expect with the price premium.

The ABC crew, Dave, JJ, Gabe and Jonathan sided our new cabin and bunkhouse. We couldn’t be more happy with how it turned out. These guys did a very professional job. It was obvious they knew what they were doing. They were polite, courteous and enjoyable to have around. We highly recommend ABC siding.

We had windows and siding installed in our home. The crew for the windows consisting of Kaden,Ryan,Zach & Johnny Were amazing. They explained everything that was asked about the work and were extremely cordial. The windows are simply beautiful and professionally installed. The siding crew consisting of Jeff,Gunnar,Addison & Deiondre did a fantastic job with the installation, the home looks beautiful and no more staining the cedar!! Just called them to get something fixed and asked if it was siding from them, and we do not know. It was there when we moved in the place. So, in summary, make sure you can find out if you have that brand of siding, or they will not help you. Which is too bad, as I am in the process of buying a new home, which will need new siding; they just lost a sale and potential references for other jobs.

Update: You stated that additional tests were done to test the seals, this is correct- this was done after one of your team members came out and re did the sealing around the 2 windows I was having issues with. Second- No, none of my other windows have issues nor have they been replaced yet. Your company used the high humidiy as an excuse to cover up your mistakes and damage done to my home from poor sealing done when your team installed my windows. I never had issues with the two windows upstairs prior to having your company come place these in. They were only replaced to match the two below them. The fact that you are unwilling to take care of your customers after a error is made and take accountability is what is most frustrating with this company. And no, that is not what he had said.
