Spoke to a woman named Rolanda extensively about Cougar Paws roofing boots. This woman had no horse in the race because there was almost no money to be made by entertaining me, but she went on and helped me to understand the sizing and features about these specific boots in this "new-to-me"industry. She showed me pictures on her phone about some of the job she had done and explained so much that I came away from there knowing that the people in that place must love working for her and her customers must get a real kick out of her and all her extensive knowledge and friendliness. Although I was WAY outside my normal area (DFW), the Austin branch did have what I needed. It is a confidence building thing to know that branches in different Cities or even States, will have what you need 98% of the time. That can also be a great time saver.
