I needed 50 Q panel for a commercial roof. called before I left to make sure they got it . They said they have 142 pieces. I got there and payed for it and drove out to the warehouse to load it. And the guy said they are out of it. I drove 2 hours and could barely even get an apology out of them. Not the best customer service and not very professional Not the best customer service. So if you ever need something and you call to make sure they have it, make sure they go out to the warehouse to double-check before you drive 2 hours.

Ordered shingles that we never did get. Ordered them in June, told them we were not in a big hurry. June passed by. We had started out dealing with a pleasant, knowledgeable, energetic lady, but she left during the summer. In July, we were told a truck just had not become available to pick up our shingles in Nashville. July passed by. In August, we were told for the first time that we could pay extra to have them shipped! Goodbye ABC!

I really like this supply store. Ryan, our sales rep has been really helpful as has all of the staff. Billing and notifications are good. The one issue that I had, Ryan made it right on the next day.

The absolute best place to do business with!! These people will do anything in there power to make sure they help you get the job done at any cost!! Chris met me on a Saturday afternoon after they was closed just to help me on a roof job.. no one else would do that but these people!!

Been sitting for 2hrs waiting to get unloaded. Burning all my time. Seen this happen at the Columbia location as well. Why order this stuff if you're gonna leave it on the trucks
