Always good to get offloaded if you get here before 3 pm...the main road is sure jacked up with construction so be prepared and realize you have to swing out, definitely tight to get around the building...they could use a person to just organize the lot. The one older black gentleman is a hard working man

This is my main supplier, and their customer service is second to none! Greg, in particular, is outstanding — he’s patient, professional, and always makes sure we get the correct materials. He’s quick to respond and never leaves me waiting for an answer. Truly top-notch service every time!

Worst place to unload, I arrived at 7 am , i was first truck , after checked in they told me they start unloading at 9 am, at 9:30am i went back to the office, no truck was on dock, a white guy on reception was too rude , he was keep saying that we will unload when we have time, after requesting a lot he gave me dock, after dock unloading started after 45 mins , guy who was unloading was also very lazy, after unloading 2 or 3 pallets he disappears for 20 to 30 mins , at last unloading completed at 11:00 am

Employee was more interested in checking personal text messages then they were of helping us. We just got in town this week for a large job that we are doing and was told this was the place to go. Now I have to scramble to buy materials for the next 2 months elsewhere. Tell your employees to pay attention because you never know what kind of sale is in front of you.

A very great staff. 1st time there made a impression on me so much I will most likely start ordering here. Highly recommend.
