i have been buying materials in this store thru james trading co.for about ten years .here lately i have had three orders messed up ,and if that is not bad enough they act like they could care less ,well today was the last straw,had a window order of 32 windows that was supposed to be in fayetteville yesterday called they said we could pick them up today soon as paper work was done call this morning had not done it yet ,called back at12;00 said windows did not come in why did they not no this yesterday.i had plained on installing them monday.but the worst thing is they act like they could care less no phone calls nothin so next time i will be bying from eastern or wake supply and for my part u can keep these windows for all ur ungratfull help thank u danny jones
