Nice fella that help me could got checked out a whole faster seams how I drove over a hour to get there and I was the olny customer there 4 people in the office they are the slowest group I have ever dealt with

Ordered siding for a shed on Monday. Arrived at 7:40 am Tuesday to pick up order. After 10 minutes I was given my copy of order and told they were pulling the order. After 10 more minutes I was told they were getting the last item and it would be 2 more minutes. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to the open service door to see what was going on. Was told the other guy is getting my order and they didn't know I was even there. After another 20 minutes of waiting I went to the front office to get a refund. Will never return!! Lied to!! Very poor customer service!! I should have been in and out in 10 minutes.

They provided siding for my 2020 build, late, but everything was at that time. That is not the one star. I went back 6 weeks ago looking for a small amount of the same siding for a lean-to I am building. They stated they were not interested in a "one off" (small job), but would help anyhow. I called twice a week, for 6 weeks looking to see if they calculated the materials to order. I was always told "they would call back" never did. Went to Menards, 15 minutes later, everything on order! So unless you spending $50K plus, they will not lift a finger to help, I am glad they are doing so well, that my little $2K order was not worth their time.
