Buyers beware. Go elsewhere. We ordered windows last fall. First window guy in office switched length and height. Thank god we caught that. Matt, who replaced first window guy in office didn't know how to use new computer program. Knew we wanted replacement windows and ordered us new construction. We gave him the rough opening and windows came exact size of the rough opening or larger and taller. Matt put in our bathroom window size 4" larger matching the master bedroom window size. Aside from that didn't include the privacy glass we picked which was on the original paperwork from first window guy. And he missed ordering one if the bedroom windows. All the mistakes Matt has made nothing was done. The one thing we wanted fixed was the privacy glass for iur bathroom window. Especially being

ABC recently put up security lighting along the side of their building. They did not take into consideration of their neighbors around them. The lighting installed is blinding at night to their surrounding neighbors. I have contacted them and offered solutions to deflect the light, however, they neglected to show that they actually are concerned. I hope that there is an ordinance against this, I know that if I installed lighting around my home of this magnitude, I would definitely hear from my neighbors.

If I cod take stars I would. Worst supplier I've ever dealt with, ordered materials months ago, said it arrived....schedule with homeowners to install gutters, and now they don't have it! Try telling a homeowner that u have to reschedule.for a 3rd time bc they either (a) can't do paperwork right (b) can't order on time or (") get your materials and sel them to someone else. I'd honestly like a negative review. But Ill stick to my supplier for any future needs. NEVER RETURNING HERE AGAIN, BUT THEY DONT CARE BECAUSE "WE HAVE PLENTY OF OTHER CUSTOMERS"

ABC Supply purchased the accounts of Valley Building Supply. ABC Supply will not honor a lifetime warranty on items purchased from Valley Builders. I'm having an awful time trying to get ABC to honor the warranty on a patio door part purchased from Valley Builders. They are being complete jerks.

My order is always called in at least 30 min prior to my arrival yet it's never ready when I get there. This only happens at the Appleton location. Today when I got there, the guy that works in the warehouse was sitting in the office. I thought maybe my order would be ready, you know, for a pleasant change of pace...WRONG!!! No one was even in the warehouse so I went back in to inform them. They radioed to the warehouse to let them know a customer was there for pick up. The kid that was sitting in the office ended up being the one to get my order together, which took another 20 min for only a few items. If I could avoid going through this location I would
