When picking up order from over 24 hours prior workers were negatively talking about having to go back I get it. Very unprofessional especially within hearing distance of customers

Tommy and Joe just delivered our roofing supplies. They were courteous, very professional, and made absolutely sure to keep our property accessible and undamaged.

Shorted me on parts. $20 no biggie. Told I should count everything before leaving. Told they tell all “their” guys that. Guess I’m not one of those as I wasn’t told that. Stuff was packed so haphazardly that I would have had to pull it all out in the parking lot to verify. Was willing to go on and pay for missing part but told they were fresh out. Had to purchase the wrong color but given an overpriced can of spray paint to match. Avoid this place! I wouldn’t go back and wouldn’t recommend. There are more courteous places to shop for gutter and building supplies in the KC metro.

Takes forever to unload in 2 hrs they unload 1 pallet they are so focused on other people who came to the store but they don't care about truck drivers like we have nothing to do but wait around terrible service avoid this place you be here all day never coming back

The ABC crew in Lees Summit is top notch. The front desk is helpful, courteous and the all seem to enjoy their job. The warehouse guys are great at what they do. Top notch customer service from you all.
