So Love the Crew here, I had a situation that I needed to get windows to a project that day, was short handed on my end. The Box Truck they have just broke down, no problem I went and rented one, Arron one of the Stellar employees, helped me load my windows, and get this. Went with me to help unload the Windows at the job site, because my crew weren't there yet. Better yet Kevin credited my account for the rental amount. Folks sometimes, in this day and age people look for reasons not to get things done. Look no further, they went beyond helping me, SO LOVE ALL OF YOU HERE, BLESSINGS, Respectfully Jim Bob

Worst customer service ever don’t go there if you need somebody to help you try to find shingles. They wouldn’t even check their other stores to see if they had them there told me to find out myself. I’ll never go back there again.

Will never visit this showroom again. Not one employee ever spoke to, or greeted us. We were in there 10 minutes before I finally had to ask the two men behind the counter if they worked there. I was told, unfortunately, yes. When I inquired about the difference in shingle types, was told what you see is there on the wall. There were multiple brands, and I"m not a roofer, which is why I sought out a showroom. Usually showrooms have reps who are willing to assist you, but not one employee asked if we needed help. It was a very unwelcoming environment and I regret wasting my time and gas driving to such a place. We were treated poorly by the staff. And I have a feeling not all customers are treated that way.

Great place to get home improvement supplies. The staff are always happy to help, they'll go above and beyond, they'll help match colors or aid in tracking down materials. Everyone from the front desk & phones to the yard guys to the drivers to the management, all great people.
