This place has been phenomenal to me & my family. I started my project with no idea of all things I would need , they were really informative to me. Jeffrey at this location was a true definition of extremely great customer service. Actually all the staff member were very prompt and helpful as well. I would highly recommend you to use them on any Home improvement projects you may have.

Jeff is a rockstar and epitomizes customer service and the company’s core values. From product selection to ticket creation to returning excess material, he truly made the process hassle-free. On the other hand, Ryan was difficult to work with and didn’t return calls. He displayed no urgency for customers dealing with contractors on a project. When there was a mix up on my ticket, he was quick to tell me I had to drive over an hour away to pickup from another ABC Supply. It was the same experience on the return until I started working with Jeff who made the process painless. Ryan also took time to lecture me on how returns aren’t like Walmart. Needless to say, try to work with Jeff.

There are many things to consider when starting a roofing company, one of which is finding a trusted and reliable supplier. I’m more than grateful I choose and trusted ABC Supply! They have had my back since day one! From helping with orders, scheduling adjustments, unique materials I’m unfamiliar with, and the list goes on! The people in the Macon GA branch always come through for me and I am grateful to the relationship I have with them. 11/10 recommend!!! Shout out to Jeff Sheetz! Give that man a raise!!

Awesome staff…offloaded very quickly

ABC Supply in Macon has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced with a building supply company. I am not from middle ga, and was unsure on what to expect. Every team member at this location I dealt with was respectful, professional, and courteous. I specifically dealt with Rebecca Woodward in regards to ordering windows. Rebecca was very professional, knowledgeable, and made the experience a great one. She went above and beyond the standard to ensure my experience was as good as it gets. I am a customer for life and would highly recommend this location to anyone.
