Bought a $130 bucket of gaco patch that had been 3/4 of the way set up. I barely was able to use any of the product I spent $130 on and when I called to explain the situation I was hung up on twice. I understand that things happen. But to hang up on a customer that's trying to explain his situation is absurd. Then finally a couple days later I was able to talk to someone longer than 10 seconds and his response was " I don't know what to tell you ." CLICK. I was very surprised at the unprofessional service I received.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! Don't use this company !!!! They take orders give you a delivery date they when you call give you attitude for asking for a time window . No call no update and now I have to reschedule workers.

Went there 10-27-2022 to have them get me some siding from one of their other store here in NY. Called them 11-1-2022 and they have no record of my order and apparently the guy who took my order doesn’t even remember taking it yet I was there for 20 minutes while he color matches and searches the computer. Don’t give them your business their are plenty here in Utica that won’t eff up an order then play stupid

ABC Supply had shingles I needed in stock. No other supplier in area stocked what I needed. Service was quick and friendly. I needed to return one item but lost my receipt but ABC Supply reprinted a receipt for me and quickly processed my return. Great customer service. Thank you.

I found that everything I get here is of better quality then what you might find at Lowe's or Home Depot. I have been building a garage and found that the little things are sometimes three to four times more expensive at the big box stores. So anything they sell here I would get here. They have all sorts of roofing and construction materials.The people are friendly and easy to work with as well, highly recommended.
