If you’re not good at backing, be ready for a long unloading time and hard work with the pallet jack. Their dock is all the way in the back corner of the building (see attached picture) and to get to it you must back up around the building and through a narrow opening in the fence. Very tight. If you can back to the dock, you’ll get unloaded quickly. If you can not back into the dock, you will park in front of the building, they will put a manual pallet jack in the trailer and you will have to move the pallets one by one to the end of the trailer for the forklift to unload. Staff is friendly and will help you as much as they can.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service at this location. I drove 1.5 hours after calling ahead to pick up two bundles of shingles and drop off a few rolls of paper. I arrived at 4:07 PM, and even though both the website and Google clearly show they close at 4:30 PM, the staff refused to help me and repeatedly told me they were “closed at 4.” After explaining that I had driven over an hour and had called ahead, they still didn’t want to assist. I literally had to beg someone inside just to hand me the two bundles of shingles I came for. They also refused to take the returns I brought, even though I was still well within the posted business hours. I understand everyone wants to go home at the end of the day — but if that’s the case, update your website or honor the hours you

Horrible service. I could give 0 star if I could. Will never go and order from this location again. The sale reps ( aka Scott) tend to ignore you even as a contractors. They only greet and talk if they know you personally. Rude on the phone and hang up interruptedly.

These guys won't even honor their own agreements. I'm an individual who does my own house work. I came here for siding, and they said they aren't supposed to deal to individuals, but they would make an exception. We had an agreement that I could return any unused siding beyond the 30 day return period, because they recommended TWICE the material I was going to buy. Of course, I used only half as I had calculated, and tried to send it back to them, only to be told they wouldn't honor a return outside of 30 days, and they didn't care about our previous agreement. On top of that, they were incredibly rude about it. There are plenty of options, go somewhere that doesn't make things harder than they need to be.
