ABC Supply Co. Inc.

I’m a truck driver and I have delivered to a lot of ABC Supply companies but I have to say this is the nicest one I have been to. Everyone here is friendly and there is plenty of room to maneuver a truck around as opposed to othe ABC Supply places where everything is so cramped you can’t hardly get around in. I wouldn’t mind delivering here again. They have expanded their area so don’t go by what the picture shows on Google maps.

We got half way through remodeling our second house and had ordered all of the supplies through this company only to run out of special order vinyl. When our gentleman who was doing the remodel jobs went back to order more vinyl he was turned away because he was not a licensed contractor. We ended up having to go to Johnson City to get more vinyl to match what we had previously ordered through this company. Luckily they are close enough in color to not really tell the difference. If you are not going to sell to the community then post it. If only licensed contractors can buy from your store then don't sell to unlicensed contractors in the first place. This cost us alot more money. I am highly disappointed in how this was handles

Needed supplies for metal roof tune up; they didn't have much. I didn't call first, I just happened to be in the area for something else. Sales person was very nice and professional. He said they do not sell a lot of metal roofs but if you order metal roofing through them then all the accessories needed would come in your roof package - but that this store doesn't stock a lot of metal roof accessories.

Headquarters reached out to me after my review and when I called they told me a CSR would get back with me within 24 hours. That was in August. All I’ve heard is crickets. We ordered windows in November 2021. As of today, August 2023, our order is still not complete. The windows were wrong, they didn’t order enough, they ordered the wrong sizes. We still do it have all of our screens and cranks. I’ve reached out to their HQ and filed a complaint the BBB. I emailed the store over a month ago to get an update on the missing parts and no response. They just don’t care. I don’t know how they stay in business with this type of customer service.

If I could leave zero stars I might have but some of their products are good , they dont make them they just sell then and not to the public if that doesn't scream we don't like dealing with the public. I bought 10 windows , and thousands of dollars worth of vinyl and shingles and various siding materials .they ordered me two of the same size windows which they knew i probably didnt need, should have thrown up some kind of red flag when it came in, it's only a 3 bedroom 2 bath house how hard could it be to get that right and would not let me return or even take it and donate it to charity home builders such as habitat for humanity, etc. I had to end up giving it to a coworker.
