I've done business with ABC for years and this store called asked me to move my account so we did . It was okay till they got up and running , then it all went down hill , my account rep didn't know anything about the roofing industry which is okay but irritating and when asked about setting up meetings to learn our ordering system I was told lies after lies of why no meeting then promised one thing after another and always here how I need to get my orders to them as fast asap because our qoute bigger clients are buying up everything . I'd leave instructions on orders they get delivered anyways , and the manager of this store could care less to please his contractors he rather talk down to them .
