Not sure why these things happened, seems like a good crew in the office. Maybe a computer glitch of some sort? 1st attempt: I placed my small metal roofing order in person, providing the measurements and criteria. After 3 weeks or so I called to check on my order and the guy said he would call me right back, which he never did The next day I drove down there to discover my order was laying in the yard, which had been delivered a week earlier. When I got home I found some of the materials were completely wrong (drip edge and eave trim) or missing. Called the office and they kindly offered to make it right; once again reviewing my criteria to get it right the 2nd time. 2nd attempt: Called to check status which was running behind what I was told.
